Trauma-Focused Therapy

Sometimes, the wounds we carry with us from past hurts impact our ability to truly be present to our current selves, relationships, and experiences. When this happens, we feel disconnected, defeated, and stuck. At times like these, we need more than traditional talk therapy to help our brains process these hurts, break free of mal-adaptive coping strategies, and move forward in peace and confidence.

Trauma-focused treatment approaches available for addressing deeper wounds:

  • Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

  • Case conceptualization and consultation
